All products are final sale. We only accept exchanges for the same product when there is damage, that is by fault of
ours. Please check all parcels upon receiving them. If you suspect there is damage because of the shipping company, contact
them and us. All damages must be reported with 7 days of receipt of item in order to receive an exchange.
Greekwood.com is not responsible for shipping of damaged item being shipped back to us.
Please read our product lists carefully, once the order is sent we cannot change it. If paying by check, you will
not receive your products if your check is returned to us. We will gladly send you back your check. Money orders and PayPal
Payments are preferred.
We cannot guarantee full functioning of this site at all times. Greekwood.com maintains the right at any given time
to refuse service or product formation for any person, group, or organization.
Greekwood.com will have the right to reject any future check payment from any that pays with a bad check. Local authorities
will be contacted in any case of fraud.
Greekwood.com reserves the right to change any price at any given time.
Returns
Returns are at the discretion of GreekWood.com. There is a automatic restocking fee of 35% on all returns if GreekWood.com
agrees to accept a return. GreekWood.com is not responsible for the shipping charges on any return item.
Refunds
Refunds are given if there is a defect with an item ordered that is the fault of GreekWood.com. Shipping charges
are not refundable. Refunds are given after the defective item is received.
